● This product is not eligible for the statutory 7-day cooling-off period (*). Except in cases of product defects, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

It falls under the exception to the statutory 7-day cooling-off period for “opened personal hygiene products” and is therefore not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period.
