If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer service team before placing your order. We recommend recording an unboxing video to help protect your rights.
right of withdrawal
For eligible online purchases, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within seven days of receiving your order. This is an inspection period, not a trial period.
Items returned to us must include all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents, and be returned in their original condition. If a paper invoice was issued, it must also be returned together with the order.
exceptions
Certain items may be excluded from the seven-day right of withdrawal when this is clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by applicable law. These may include:
▪ bespoke items made to your individual specifications
▪ sealed personal hygiene items once unsealed
Please note that, outside the statutory return period, a change of preference—such as not liking a fragrance—does not constitute a product defect.
defective items
If you believe your order is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds for qualifying returns will be processed within the statutory time limit after we receive the returned item or your notice of cancellation.
